Biography
My bicultural and Spanish bilingual perspective is an active resource in my clinical practice. Over the last 16 years I have applied my understanding that life experiences are molded by personal, family, social and situational influences. I utilize the actions of wondering, considering, and observing both the person meeting with me and myself in the therapy process. Recognizing these subtleties facilitates progress. I approach therapy with the belief that we all move towards a healthy balance. Whether you are seeking therapy for yourself, a child as young as three years old, or as a family, I am responsive to support your therapy goals. I apply my advanced skills in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy as well as Play Therapy. I value continuously refining my professional knowledge through advanced trainings, and peer collaboration.
