Biography
Are you experiencing any of these:

~ grief and loss;
~ sad mood, guilt, hopelessness;
~ fear, anxiety, and/or ruminating thoughts;
~ relationship strain/conflict;
~ sleep problems;
~ irritability or anger
~ yearning for peace and connection?

We all experience challenges and pain in life. My passion is to help people through what may feel like a vulnerable time and turn it into a transformative one. Together we will figure out a plan that you will feel good about, and that can move your life forward. Psychotherapy provides the skills and tools for lifelong healing, whether or not your physician recommends medication.

Areas of focus: teens through the life span on a variety of issues. Additional trainings: treatment of trauma and PTSD utilizing Attachment-Focused EMDR and somatic-based Natural Processing (NP); treatment of pregnancy/postpartum adjustments and PMADs (Perinatal Mood & Anxiety Disorders); treatment of OCD and Anxiety (ERP, CBT, ACT). Infant Family Early Childhood Mental Health Specialist and Reflective Practice Facilitator (IFECMHS and RPF) endorsed.

For your convenience, my office accepts credit/debit/HSA cards, and I'm a preferred provider on Coastal/Community Health Plan (MBIPA). I am in the TriCare system, although out-of-network.

Recognizing you need some extra support is good self care. Reaching out simply tells me how much this means to you. I warmly welcome your call.
