Biography
Life is an ongoing journey of growth and learning. It involves ups and downs, and ruptures do happen. Do we know how to heal and repair those ruptures? Whether processing grief or trauma, or wondering if intimacy and trust can ever happen, or wondering why we stay stuck in unhealthy patterns that just aren't working, I will help you uncover what it is you really want for yourself and then support you in committing to a path forward. I also welcome the challenge of helping partners listen and feel heard as separate individuals, so that they can collaborate on a shared vision that works for all involved. You deserve more joy!
Intimacy. Sexuality. Gender. Relationality. Life cycle changes. We can carry years of shame, frustration, and loneliness in not feeling truly known or felt. I take an affirming, nonjudgemental approach in supporting you in grieving what needs to be released, and working toward forging a new chosen path and celebrating the small wins along the way.
As a 1st-generation American, I grew up with my cultural feet on two continents, and I know we carry our family's intergenerational trauma, history, and politics into our current relationships. I am not afraid to challenge you in exploring whether those long-held beliefs are serving you in your current relationships. Change can be a good thing!
