Biography
I offer a compassionate and integrative approach to healing that supports individuals and families through life’s most tender seasons. Specializing in postpartum wellness, marriage and family dynamics, and child development, my practice is rooted in the belief that healing is most powerful when the mind, body, and soul are nurtured together.

Whether you’re navigating the joys and challenges of new parenthood, strengthening your relationship, supporting a child through emotional or behavioral struggles, or seeking alignment within yourself, I walk alongside you with empathy, creativity, and care.

My services blend evidence-based therapeutic modalities with holistic and expressive practices—including nature-based healing, SoulCollage®️, and mind-body awareness techniques—to help clients reconnect with their inner wisdom, restore balance, and find resilience.

I welcome individuals and couples of all backgrounds into a grounded, nurturing space where healing is both personal and transformative.
