Biography
Are you ready to make some changes about something that's bothering you? Whether it's work related, personal or issues in your relationship--a good therapist can do wonders. I can provide an unbiased, professional perspective with useful insights and suggestions within a warm and supportive atmosphere. I have extensive experience working with individuals, adolescents, and couples. I am skilled at short term counseling and in depth growth-oriented individual therapy.

My approach is collaborative, and supportive. My intention is to help you see challenges in your life as opportunities to change dysfunctional patterns, and to learn to discern and use your internal guidance. I'm compassionate, straight forward, professional, with a dash of humor and a little wisdom.
