We all have a story to tell, and I'm here to help you make sense of your story, develop your inner resources, and live a life you love. It takes a lot of courage to reach out when you need some help, and I look forward to working with you on your journey.
I specialize in treating trauma and utilize an integrative, humanistic approach. I use EMDR and mindfulness-based approaches and tailor treatment to your needs. I offer both in-person and telehealth services for adults.
