Biography

I am an East Coast native that moved to California over ten years ago. I have a virtual private practice with a focus on adolescents and adults. I specialize in family therapy and enjoy treating anxiety and depression. I believe the client-therapist relationship is the catalyst for change in therapy. I believe that every client has the potential to gain a secure attachment and learn how to respond rather than react when under stress. I believe in Family Systems and think changing even one family member can make the system healthier. I am passionate about this work and have been on both sides of the couch. I believe in community and therapists need a support group to help them grown as clinicians and to keep them dedicated to this work.

The Monterey County Chapter of the California Association of Marriage Family Therapists (MC-CAMFT) is a 501(c)6 non-profit organization.

MC-CAMFT Grievance Policy: If a grievance regarding CEUs is brought to the attention of the MC-CAMFT Board the board will review it and will vote on the validity of the grievance. If the grievance is proven valid by the Board a full or partial refund will be given.
