Biography

Barbara (Blaze) Lazarony, MA, LMFT, (she/her/they) is a neurodivergent licensed therapist and coach supporting neurodivergent couples and individuals in beginning to notice who they are actually being—without shame, pressure, or the expectation to change.

Her work is grounded in clinical training, lived experience, and the Neurodivergent Spiral of Life™—a framework she developed to give language to patterns that are often unnamed or misunderstood. She came to this work through twenty years in Fortune 500 leadership, three cancer diagnoses, and a late neurodivergent identification—and built a practice around the people who remind her of who she was before she had words for any of it.

Many of the couples and individuals she works with have seen two to five therapists or coaches before finding her. For many of them, this is where the shift finally happens.

Through therapy, coaching, writing, and the Love on the Autism Spectrum podcast, Blaze offers a steady, unhurried space where couples and individuals can slow down, feel safer, and build relationships that fit their real nervous systems.
