Biography
Barbara “Blaze” Lazarony, LMFT (she/her/they)
is a neurodivergent therapist, coach, and assessment provider who supports adults and couples navigating the emotional complexity of neurodiverse relationships.

Blaze specializes in working with clients who’ve felt unseen or misunderstood in traditional therapy, especially those exploring or living with Autism, ADHD, AuDHD, or complex trauma. With over 40 years in a neurodivergent relationship and more than two decades of professional experience, Blaze offers trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming care that honors each person’s nervous system, emotional truth, and lived experience.

Through therapy, coaching, and assessments, Blaze helps clients move from masking, burnout, and disconnection to self-trust, clarity, and real connection. Her work is deeply collaborative and rooted in emotional safety—not pathologizing or pressure. Clients often say they feel seen for the first time.

Blaze is also the founder of Love on the Autism Spectrum, a global support hub offering retreats, groups, and a podcast for neurodivergent adults and couples.

She offers therapy in California and coaching and assessments worldwide.

You’re not broken. You’re just wired differently.
It’s time for support that meets you where you are.
