Biography
I've been practicing for over 25 years with experience in multiple settings. I work best with clients who are motivated towards self understanding. You are more knowledgeable about yourself than you may know! It's easy to get caught in belief systems that reinforce a feeling of being broken. You are not broken, you are wounded, as are we all, but you can learn to live with your scars. You can look at your self, your story, and your dreams from many angles. We will use a variety of ways to allow you to feel like you are achieving your goals in therapy. Writing, art, mindfulness, mythology, are just a few of the access paths to the parts of yourself that are waiting for you. There's nothing we can't talk about, all emotions are welcome and met with self compassion.

MC-CAMFT Grievance Policy:  If a grievance regarding CEUs is brought to the attention of the MC-CAMFT Board the board will review it and will vote on the validity of the grievance.  If the grievance is proven valid by the Board a full or partial refund will be given.
