Biography
I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with Shine a Light Counseling Center. I work with individual adults, couples, and families wishing to improve their well-being, life satisfaction, and relationships with themselves and those around them.
The core of my orientation is humanistic and client-centered. I offer a warm, supportive environment in which you are welcome just as you are right now.
Regardless of where you find yourself to begin with, the path toward wholeness starts the moment you make the decision to know yourself. My role is to support you in self-discovery and in removing the obstacles that stand in the way of the natural human tendency toward healing.
My training and experience also includes Voice Dialogue (a Jungian-based form of parts-work), dreamwork, Gestalt, Hakomi, and mindfulness. From my previous career as a physical therapist and bodyworker, I bring an appreciation of the body-mind-soul connection into sessions.

The Monterey County Chapter of the California Association of Marriage Family Therapists (MC-CAMFT)  is a 501(c)6 non-profit organization.

MC-CAMFT Grievance Policy:  If a grievance regarding CEUs is brought to the attention of the MC-CAMFT Board the board will review it and will vote on the validity of the grievance.  If the grievance is proven valid by the Board a full or partial refund will be given.
