Biography

As a therapist my goal is to help people find and honor the amazing person that is often hidden inside and find happiness with their true selves. To assist I use many modalities my favorite being Ericksonian Hypnosis, use of metaphor, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy. I teach these methods as well. I have been doing supervision for over 20 years. I am trilingual because I think that it is amazing to understand different cultures and easier to do when you speak different languages. I truly love people and the work that I do to help them in being happy and healthy themselves and in their relationships
