Biography
My focus is working with individuals who are striving towards a healthier and happier version of themselves. I am passionate about holistic nature and movement based healing, which includes mind, body, and spirit. I utilize nature and movement based healing practices by taking therapy outside into nature. Nature and movement based therapy allows access to powerful natural resources to help you address your goals, increase emotional and physical well-being, and promote healing and resilience. In this practice, I offer a hybrid of tele-health and nature-based sessions where we meet outside in the Monterey County area walking along the beach, trails, and lakes.

My style is supportive, warm, playful and experiential. We can address attachment difficulties, emotional and behavioral regulation, stress, anxiety, depression, grief and trauma. I work with teens and adults interested in working in a nature-based setting. With individuals I combine mindfulness, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), somatic therapy, movement, mindfulness, and internal family systems, as well as parts work to address your needs.

My goal is to work along side you to build confidence, identify unhealthy patterns, learn to cope with difficult life transitions, and to incorporate healthy lifestyle changes into your daily life. I work primarily with adults and teens who are experiencing anxiety, depression, shame, low self-esteem, and relationship issues.
