Biography
Welcome! Based in Monterey, I am passionate about helping clients to acquire a core sense of safety, wholeness, empowerment, and relief from suffering. Trained under renowned pioneers Dr. Mark Schwartz and Lori Galperin, I work with individuals and couples utilizing an individualized and eclectic approach, including somatic and attachment-based IFS, EMDR, CPT, and Imago Relationship therapies. I work as a generalist and specialize in treating process and chemical addictions (including sex addiction and eating disorders); dissociative disorders; and various forms of post traumatic stress (attachment injury and/or acute, chronic, complex traumas). Text or call 818-324-9079 for an individual or couple’s consult and appointment.
