Biography
I specializes in working with couples navigating relational challenges, co-parenting difficulties, and individuals facing life’s emotional roadblocks. I takes a tailored approach to therapy, recognizing that no two clients are the same, and I empower each person to tap into their inner possibilities.

I am EMDR-trained and T-CBT-certified, leveraging evidence-based tools to help clients heal and grow. My passion for the mind-body connection informs my practice, helping clients explore how emotions and experiences shape overall well-being.

A few fun facts about me: I share her home with two energetic border collies, Luka and Finn, and three charming cats. I’m an athlete who has competed in triathlons, Gran Fondos, and master swim teams, and I love hiking the Sierras and relaxing along the Central Coast with her family. I also see cooking as an act of love and my personal art form.
