Biography
As a licensed marriage and family therapist specializing in psychotherapy for adults, teens, and couples, I am dedicated to fostering healing and growth in my clients’ lives. With certification in Brainspotting trauma therapy and a theoretical orientation rooted in humanistic principles and attachment theory, I offer a compassionate and holistic approach to therapy. In my work with couples, I am passionate about exploring the impact of childhood experiences on adult relationships. By identifying and addressing unmet needs from the past, I help couples navigate challenges and cultivate deeper connections.
I have found Brainspotting to be powerful tool in uncovering and resolving attachment trauma, allowing for profound healing and transformation. Drawing from extensive experience in substance abuse recovery, I am committed to supporting individuals and their families on their journey to recovery.
My goal is to empower individuals to better understand themselves, cultivate self-care practices, and foster emotionally fulfilling relationships with others. I look forward to the opportunity to accompany you on your path towards healing, growth, and meaningful connection.
