Biography
Hello,
I am a LMFT with over fourteen years of experience. My passion is helping others find their way to a heathier version of themselves. Over the past fourteen years I have worked mainly with PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, Substance Abuse, Christian beliefs/challenges, and work/life stress challenges. My style is unique and authentic. My approach is client centered and I am solution focused. I am very down-to-earth and call things as I see them. Rapport and comfort with your therapist is paramount. I create an environment in which my clients are the professional over their lives and I am there to come alongside and help them navigate life's challenging terrain. Give me a try, it may be well worth your time.
