Biography
I offer a warm, creative space for teens, young adults, and women who feel deeply, think imaginatively, and may have never quite fit into traditional therapy settings. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, identity, neurodivergence, or life transitions, I’m here to help you feel understood and empowered to grow.
My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and rooted in curiosity and compassion. I use a mix of talk therapy and experiential methods like storytelling, roleplay, and creative reflection — to help you connect with yourself in new ways. I love working with clients who find meaning in fandoms, video games, and other pieces of nerd culture; these aren’t distractions from your healing — they can be part of it.

At Cozy Counseling, you don’t have to tone yourself down to be taken seriously. This is a space where imagination, humor, and the parts of you that feel “too much” are welcomed, honored, and gently explored.
