Building Business Know How for Clinicians

A clinical private practice is an exciting venture offering a sense of freedom and ability to control your own destiny. But it can also be a daunting undertaking due to the host of weighty responsibilities necessary for success.  Most clinicians excel in patient care, but navigating the business side of a practice can be overwhelming. Mastering a few key business strategies can transform your practice—boosting profitability, efficiency, and long-term success. Take control of your financial future while delivering top-tier care!

This workshop is designed specifically for clinical therapists in California seeking to start a private practice or strengthen the business side of their practice. Sessions will touch on essential topics such as business structures, operational processes, legal compliance, financial management, and business ethics tailored to clinical practice. By the end of the workshop, attendees will have practical tools and insights to start and grow their practice confidently, contributing to both professional and business success.
