As we approach the Autumn equinox, and prepare for a cyclical transition into winter, we come to a space of exploration around the meaning of harvest and the ways in which our relationship to land and innate wisdom, have been compromised and stripped away. A time that has traditionally been meant for the gathering of natural resources organically produced by the land, has become almost irrelevant in modern society due to systemic developments such as the industrial revolution. 

How does this impact us as a society? How does this impact mental health? What does it look like to regain agency and reconnect to the land?  To our relationship with our environment. How does healing that relationship, begin to heal our relationship with ourselves? 

Join me Friday morning, September 25th, for coffee and a conversation with Rachel Hunter, as we explore these topics, while drinking a hot cup of Joe.
